No matter how oxymoronic the title of this article may sound, it has amazing relevance in the case of Baumer India. Though the Baumer Group had its presence in India through its distributors, it has only recently started its direct operations here. True, it has been relatively late in entering the Indian market when compared to some of its close competitors. However, its management is quite confident that, given the industrial automation scenario in India and Baumer’s all-encompassing product portfolio that suits this scenario, it is just the right time for the company to be in this market.
